The TAB (testing, adjusting and balancing) report is critical in the HVAC industry. It assures compliance with the design and ensures that the building owners get what they want and pay for. It reflects the professionalism of its author and the skills of the workers behind it. Nonetheless, it’s meaningless if not reviewed, understood and consequently used.
